DMCA Policy for Saltheril'S Soiree Guide

Saltheril'S Soiree Guide respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998, the text of which can be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website, Saltheril'S Soiree Guide will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Saltheril'S Soiree Guide service or website if such claims are reported to Saltheril'S Soiree Guide's Designated Copyright Agent identified below.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Saltheril'S Soiree Guide service or website by completing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to Saltheril'S Soiree Guide's Designated Copyright Agent. DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that the material you posted on the Saltheril'S Soiree Guide website was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled, you may file a counter-notification with Saltheril'S Soiree Guide by providing a written counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent (see contact information below) that includes substantially the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
